Dates and Times: January 7, 9, 14 and 16, 2025 - 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Number of Sessions: 4 - 3 Hour Sessions
Course Fee: $65
Description:
This class provides instruction for developing shapes and forms on the wheel. The end product will be one or more bowls, mugs, or cylinders. Participants should have completed Wheel 1 or have the skills taught in Wheel 1.
Each student will learn:
- Throwing with increasing amounts of clay
- Trimming
- Putting on a foot
- Pulling handles
- Shaping techniques
As available, class will include guest demonstrations of skills. At the completion of this class students should be ready to move to Wheel 3 or other creative classes leveraging the wheel.
