To submit your nominations for the Bob Mohr Award, forms are available in the studio or submit online at memberleap.com/members/form.php?fid=3074231&orgcode=GCAC.

Welcome to the Holidays!

 

Many of us plan to celebrate the Holidays differently this year than in the past. Social distancing standards may keep us apart from loved ones and friends for the first time in a long time due to C-19 safety concerns. Let’s keep each other in our thoughts, and best wishes this season.

 

CGA welcomes the holiday season by launching the website Gallery. The Gallery offers all members an opportunity to present and market up to five (5) pottery works of art online. Several members have taken advantage of the site. Everyone is welcome to participate! Please go to the website homepage and tap “Submit a Gallery Request”  to submit your pottery.
 

 

Currently, club pottery sales are offered exclusively online.  Unfortunately, due to C-19 restrictions, lobby pottery sales are suspended at this time. Once community restrictions are lifted, the lobby will once again welcome community members to purchase pottery from the lobby display.

Beginning Monday, December 14th. a charge card option is available when purchasing clay and tools from the lobby display case. Cash and checks continue to be accepted. The charge card option offers membership greater flexibility in payment choices.

In addition, the Classified Ads page is open for business. Be sure to check out the great buys. Featured items include an Ohaus Triple Beam Scale and great tool sets at amazing prices. Find the link to the ads at grandclayarts.com. You will see the link about half way down the page.

It’s GCA Board election time….

December General Meeting will be held on Zoom, Thursday December 17th. at 9:00am. The election of 2021 officers will be held during the meeting. This is the third announcement of the proposed 2021 Board of Directors standing for election.
