Description:
Create a unique ceramic purse, to be used as a planter, stand alone or however you choose. This is a slab construction project joining two large slabs together with a binding strip. A template will be provided for use while designing their bucket sculpture. Participants should bring ideas of what they would like to incorporate on the front and back of the construction.
Handles will be available for an additional charge.
Participants will learn:
- challenging hand construction process
- various techniques for seam construction
- tips for larger scale hand building construction

- Skill Level/Pre-requisites: Intermediate / Solid knowledge of clay construction
